Every year in March – the Finnish Pesäpallo photoshoots start, and me in my camper van with all the lighting gear, backdrops and cameras.. will start to visit the 60 teams in the top two tiers of the game (women and men) to shoot the official portraits/promo images for the league/teams to use during the summer season.

This year the first weekend included an easy three team session – with distance of about 850km between the three places in 20 hours!

My aim is to try to capture the usual/standard images that are needed, and also to try to get something different – naturally one is not going to get something different from everyone, not all of us want to be in front of the camera… but there are always few players in each team who really go for it!
